    It would seem that we should already have a few of these sighs at different locations.

    Have a great day!

    That’s a really apt sign to have around.. it’s a shame that this is true for the youngsters nowadays.

  11. Kids today! My Friend Rosey has started a campaign to get lampposts and poles wrapped in foam rubber!

    We were driving in the car today and the car next to us was swerving all over the road. On closer inspection, the young girls was texting while driving. Couldn’t believe it.

    Electronics have taken over I’m afraid. My youngest just started texting TODAY as a matter of fact. He finally got a number of a friend to text on the ipad and he’s off and texting!

    Steve, have you ever noticed at restaurants where couples are both texting or on their phone and not actually talking? My hubby and I see lots of those! Maybe restaurants can have no texting tables to encourage interaction!!

    Sad, but true. It always irks me to see kids texting while they’re walking along like that. They really ought to stop. It’s not safe!

  33. Cathy Kennedy
    Twitter ID:
    says:

    Isn’t this the truth! Next thing you know, a special committee will be formed to determine if safety signs like this are needed to protect idiot kids (adults, too) who can’t take their eyes off their smart devices long enough to get to their destination without incident. Of course, who can pay attention to road signs when they have their faces buried in their phones anyhow? lol Happy #WW!

  34. It is so sad that electronics are taking over the kids brains and they don’t know how to play or be without a device in their face! How on earth kids make real world friends in this day and age I don’t know!

    Happy WW! (I am my closest ever to being entirely Wordless this week, I’m quite proud of myself!) πŸ™‚

  39. But one of the signs we’ll be hammering into place in the coming years… But who will read them??? Better still, to have messages come up on devices that suggest looking up every now and again…

    Have a lookuptastic week. (;
