    Unfortunately call centers and customer service often get a bad rap. I worked for a call center and although this picture above is quite funny, it does not depict the attitude of all call center customer service reps.

    How very true! LOL I worked at a call center once and would put the customers on mute instead of hold. I would listen to the horrible things they would say thinking I couldn’t hear them. That was quite funny too though!

    Wouldn’t surprise me if this happens. I always feel that way when I call a company. I know I’d be annoyed by being on the phone all day for work πŸ˜›
