I confess I was all giddy when I saw a senior with a pack of toilet paper in his cart during the Old Farts Shopping Hour. Maybe it’s because I’m no longer eating fresh produce.

In India there is no shortage of TPs. We use faucet jet spray to wash. I know it will sound weird to TP users, but here all are pretty comfortable with it.

I stocked up before anyone was stocking up. πŸ™‚

  14. In the words of the policeman in ‘Allo Allo’…

“Everywoon is buying all of the the toolet pooper. There will be a shittage in the soopermookits”

… which will mean nothing to anyone outside the UK!

  15. Twitter ID:

The panic buying of toilet paper didn’t hit our town, but we’ve been having fun with all the jokes going around. South Africa goes on lockdown midnight Thursday for 21 days. Hopefully, it will slow the curve. Stay safe!

I learned the value of TP when I was in the Navy. LOL. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.

  19. Toilet paper is one thing I have always had plenty of. Don’t know why, but I just have always kept an adequate supply. The supply chain here is beginning to catch up so in a couple of weeks we should be able to purchase it in normal quantities again without having having to leave our first born grandchild as a deposit…no pun intended. Have a blessed day.

  20. I just don’t understand the whole toilet paper thing!

  21. Marie Moody says:

    Twitter ID:

Amen to that!!! Our shelves are empty. Between my family & I we’re mailing supplies to each other. I am so happy that you’re here and doin’ fine… you are doing fine, right? Well, keep up the good work and stay clean for pity sakes. God bless you my friend. God bless you & yours. Be safe, be clean, stay home and pray for us all.

I know it seems so silly when people start hoarding TPs but it’s understandable. Everyone is insecure about the future. It might seem funny on the surface of it, but deep down it’s the insecurity speaking!
No dearth of TPs at my side of the world but we’re all worried all the same!

Praying that this lasts shorter than our fears tell us!
Stay safe, Steve and thank you for hosting #ww.

    Take care,
