The world is filled with many mysteries. I say we make up a story and then tell everyone how it got there. I’ll bet you can come up with a doozy.

There is a similar balancing rock in Colorado in the “Garden of the Gods” park. It is a favorite photo location

The work of aliens? I am pretty sure they are the same beings who arranged the stones in Stonehenge!

    Happy Tuesday, Steve!

  10. Zina says:

The Finns call this oddity “Kummakivi”. After thousands of years people thought it was the work of giants, today geologists explain. The formation is the result of the last glaciation, when the melting ice fell down the valley taking with it huge rocks. One rock stopped the other and no force could move it, due to its weight and the fit of the two contact surfaces.

Have a fine day and a beautiful spring!

  11. It’s God’s way to have a balance in life Steveo. I hope that we are OK , you & I.
