Yes, if you mean the 60s and 70s (and 50s and 40s). I’m old. And…people are idiots.

So very true – very little of what’s produced today will last like the music of yesteryear!

    Happy WW to you!

  11. Boy to agree with this one. The music in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s were the best. The music in the 50’s to 70’s gave some great feelings and thoughts to and about people. ” I lost that loving feeling ” , do you Steveo know the name of the two men who sang this song. Do you remember the Dave Clarke Five. I did.

Have a great afternoon my good friend. See ya.

Music and movies too! I like old school movies for the most part. I’m sick of Hollywood redoing movies. Come up with something new and unique.

Even though I’m not so old, I still think music in my “younger years” is far better nowadays. More importantly, “MY” music had substance. πŸ˜‰

  22. Amen! (I am a child of the 80s and I’m quite partial to the music of that decade.)

I def. agree! It seems some new music is based on/copied from the older music anyway!

  24. JOY says:

YES, I would choose the music of the past. It was fantabulous!
